From that moment on, the company information will be further updated by the portal administrator. If the user during registration chose not to delete the login after 24 months of non-use, his login will not be deleted automatically. Registered users can delete their data at any time here: companycentral.co.uk or by mail to the administrator.
• The website also publishes information about companies provided by third parties, in such cases the source is indicated. The contacts of the authors of visitor reviews are indicated only to registered users of the companies about which the reviews are written. Companycentral.co.uk is not responsible for the accuracy of published information, if it was erroneously published by a third party. Report such cases by e-mail
• Any portal visitor can evaluate companies by clicking the desired number of stars once. This is a subjective assessment of visitors and the portal is not responsible for it. One star is the worst rating, 10 stars is the best rating. The average of all ratings (stars) is displayed on the company's portal. When evaluating the company, the visitor must write a comment explaining or justifying his evaluation. In order to avoid false evaluations, the e-mail address specified in the visitor's comment. an evaluation confirmation link is sent by mail. The rating and the corresponding comment will be visible, and the stars will be counted only if the visitor confirms his rating according to that email. the link included in the letter. If the company suspects that the evaluations are unfair, they can be cancelled by informing about it by e-mail
• By submitting comments/opinions about companies, visitors confirm that this information is correct and are responsible for their content. The portal manager is not responsible for the content of comments. The user agrees that his IP address, e-mail e-mail address - and if desired and specified - the phone will be visible to company representatives. It is forbidden to contain information unrelated to the topic, offensive, humiliating, threatening, inciting hatred and violence or promotional information, as well as information containing non-public personal data. If visitors report such cases, it is deleted without warning. Data with illegally published personal data may be depersonalised. Upon receipt of objective data that the provided information is false, it is deleted without warning. Criticism about the company is protected if it is expressed without insulting, without seeking to humiliate or belittle, but with positive goals - to highlight the shortcomings of the legal entity or its activities and to eliminate them. Comments written from outside the European Union or using proxy servers may be deleted due to the complex author search. Comments will be able to be deleted even if the company has contacted the law enforcement about them and a pre-trial investigation has been started. If the provided information is the subject of a dispute in court (the process of which is not over and it is not clear which side is right) - it can be temporarily cancelled at the company's request. Comments from temporary e-mails mails are not accepted.
• The e-mails of comment authors are also publicly available. e-mail addresses, IP addresses (and if the authors indicated - phone), but they can be seen only by registered and logged-in users of the portal (and only the e-mail, IP addresses and phones of company reviews assigned to them). By writing a comment, users agree that their IP address, e-mail address (and, if specified, phone number) will be displayed to the representatives of the company about which the feedback was written. This is to enable the company to contact customers and solve problems that have arisen. If the user does not want to display this data, he can delete his feedback at any time.
• Users who want to remove their written comment must log in with the same IP address and click the "delete" link on the comment or search for an email address. of the letter with the deletion link, which he received immediately after writing the feedback. Otherwise, the author of the comment, in order to remove his feedback, must notify about this by e-mail. The data of removed reviews will not be displayed publicly, but will be stored for another 60 months for compelling and legitimate reasons: in the event of a crime, this data is required by state law enforcement agencies.
